Fruit Fool

You will need:

900g stewed fruit (rhubarb and gooseberries are good)

300ml natural yoghurt

150ml whipping cream

1. Puree fruit in liquidizer.

2. Mix the fruit with the yoghurt into a creamy mixture.

3.Whisk the cream until it is softly peaked and then mix it into the fruit mixture.

4. Then ENJOY!!!
